I have been doing graphic and web design for several years, and I have taught myself everything I know. I thought I wouldn't find a practical use for my skills, but encountering the world of communication through design has changed my perspective. Jamason Fierce has been a short journey in time, but a long one in my mind. I have learned so much through my brand, and I have created many aspects of my personality that I now consider vital to my character. Jamason Fierce began as an idea to make friendship bracelets for my friends and I in 2008. I wanted to create something that was unique and special to us. They read FRIENDSHIP, and I noticed that they gathered a lot of attention by just being worn. I began to think of where I could expand upon this idea, and my first product for sale was born - the BRUTAL bracelet. I launched a webstore and began promoting through MySpace, and I also built up a customer base in my school. Before I knew it, my bracelets had become a very marketable product, and I was lining up numerous designs for production. Soon after, I made my first ERASE HATE bracelets, and they caught on like wildfire. Everyone at my school was asking me about them, and I was sending out countless packages full of them to people all over the country. Through the ERASE HATE bracelet, I discovered that I had the ability to make something that carried a message, something meaningful. I had stopped creating solely to satisfy my need create something - I had a purpose.
